Construction Details:

Wig is my usual Rose wig, headband is the same as I use for her session outfit.
Black tee is hand-stenciled with fabric paint and then splashed with ink. I made the longsleeved purple shirt out of a mildly stretchy heavy purple jersey.
Black skirt is a 3/4 circle out of jersey.
The overskirt was intended to evoke the tentacle-y shadows around her, and is gathered chiffon that I cut and shredded up.
Shoes are hand-painted the proper shade, and I splashed ink on the shoelaces.
The sash is in two parts - the piece that goes around my waist, and the long trailing tails. Both are cotton, the the tails cut and splashed with ink at the bottoms.
The armsocks are more like gloves, so I can more easily take them off. The nails are deep grey tipped and dotted with black.
Makeup is dark grey snazaroo, with assorted other makeup for definition. I picked some really heavy falsies for this one. I like wearing a pair of elaborate squid earrings with this costume.

Personal Thoughts:

I really enjoyed coming up with an interpretation of grimdark Rose! I wanted to give the costume a sort of 'corrupted' feel, so there's a lot of splattered black and torn edges ala shadows eating away at her.
