Construction Details:

Dress is multiple layers of draped fabric which was tattered and shredded for a the distressed look.
nI made duct tape dummy arms, covered them in a stretch fabric and sewed them onto the dress.
nEver tattered feather was individually cut homg why did i torture myself. So many feathers. each was glued in place both on the arms and on the wings.
n I made a simple cowl to help aid in hiding my head/face and another bigger/longer cowl that creates Mergo's Head. Mergo's head is hanger wire and worbla, and covered in fabic.
nI designed and 3D printed all the tooth looking decals all around the cosplay.
nbelts are a combination of beads strung together as well as worbla made pendants. Black gems were purchased.
nThe wings have a harness that is worn beneath the dress and had two flag pole fasteners to hold the pvc pipe used as a base for the wings.
