Construction Details:

I tried to keep the main stays of him with a tweed jacket, bow tie, suspenders, sonic screw driver, boots and (in most shots) a fez. I went for a black mini skirt and black thigh highs/garters to try to give it a more feminine touch.

Personal Thoughts:

11 will always be my doctor. This is my take on a super feminine version of the 11th Doctor.
