Construction Details:

The hardest part of this costume is it was part of a tear away set for the Dragoncon Masquerade. First thing was first, Saphyre Daze and I decided to make our own petticoats. 2 days, 72 yards of tulle and a lot of crying later we finally finished. Serious, just buy them. Theyre a nightmare to make. The skirt is khaki suiting with bias tape in all the colors. The jacket is cotton sateen and the vest is gold princess satin. I took my first delve into creating creature/fur parts. For this cosplay I had to make rabbit feet and tail (for the back portion) as well as rabbit feet that served as much shoes and rabbit ears for my hat. Using a bunch of furry tutorials I was able to create them and I'm super happy with how they came out. New skills acquired - woot woot!

Personal Thoughts:

This costume pushed my fabrication skills. I'm really proud with what I was able to do with making rabbit feet.
