The skirt and blouse were altered from the McCalls school girl uniform. The skirt is basically verbatim from the pattern. For the blouse I adjusted the sleeves, made a true sailor collar, and adjusted the hem. The brooch is sculpted from paper clay and pins to the bow.

- Seiya and Usagi are my OTP and my husband makes a drool-worthy Seiya <3
