Construction Details:

I put together the tentacles for AWA 15' but then I wanted to throw together an outfit for Halloween.
nI went for more of a shiny party wig for this one since the color is vibrant and shiny. I glued two of them to gether to get more thickness. The tentacles are made from white costume vinyle and "let's pretend" orange satin from Jo-ann. I tried sticking to the proportions in the game, so they're super long. I then stuffed them a little. They're held on with wig clips into my wig so they can be easily removed, but they stay on rather nicely.
nI painted up the hat from a chipboard base I found and sewed on some candycorn straps.
