Construction Details:

Oh goodness this thing was a monster! I worked on this slowly over a period of 6 months or so tackling one part at a time. I used a ton of heavy-duty interfacing for the hat,collar, hip bustle(floofs of death). The corset is an altered Dore pattern from laughing moon. Lots and lots of swarovski orders so that my wallet is still kind of sniffling in the corner...

n90% of the lace is hand sewn and it's all hand-painted besides the ribbons. Staff is wood and pvc with apoxie sculpt for detail. I still need to finish the details on the skirt but it was do that before the convention or not get any sleep in 48 hours, sooooo I chose sleep!

6 months of questioning my sanity, but Sakizo's designs are so pretty ;o; I actually swore I'd never make a costume with feathers and look what happens.../sigh
