About this Costume
Construction Details:
I learned many new things in the course of making this costume, I taught myself how to make Kanzashi, I studied the construction of traditional Korean Hanbok, & imperial hanbok, which I then based my design after. I spent nearly 3 months searching for just the perfect tibetan Brass Bells.

Grand total this costume is made up of 42 yards of fabric on my less than 5 ft tall frame, quite simply it dwarfs me. there is also 60 yards of hand made gold bias tape.
Personal Thoughts:
This has honestly been one of the most challenging costumes I've ever done, It's so filled with emotions. <br />

This costume is Dedicated in loving memory to My grandmother, Genevieve J. Pullum, Dec 11, 1927 - Aug 22, 2015 and her search for her own memories through her battle with Alzheimer's. She passed on before getting to see the costume completed.
