Construction Details:

THIS WAS SO ANNOYING I was going to order it due to time constraints, the uniform was never sent, so I had my Joann's employee friend pick me up some fabric, they kept forgetting to bring to me so by the time I had it I had a week and a half to make the coat, then I messed up and had to redo the coat and cried and lined everything and did buttonholes then day before the con shoved it at my friend to sew the sleeves on. Coats and I are not friends.
