Construction Details:

The skirt is made from white and red matching satins, and the bodice is a heavier satin. The sequined lapels are the same satin overlaid with a sequin fabric. I used my usual princess seam halter dress pattern for the bodice, but the rest was made with serious guidance from the tips and tutorials posted in the USO Girl Cosplay Group on Facebook. I bought the star appliques on Ebay.

Personal Thoughts:

Need to actually wear this LMAO. We intended to wear these at D23 but it was hot and the con was a mess.
