Construction Details:

Purchased jacket, sketched out basic shapes for front and back embroideries with sew in interfacing, embroidering all shapes with satin stitch and long and short. Black and Grey Bias tape were sewn onto the arms, with the grey attached to the black before sewing the ends down.

Skirt made with cotton and hand pleated, neck tie out of bias tape stitched together.

Personal Thoughts:

I'm really happy I was able to finish this in time for Anime California this year, because it feels so much better with the stripes sewn on and the extra embroidery on the back and front of the jacket to fully convey the character. Also, flipping the back of your hair forward helps make a good fake bang without having to purchase a wig.
