Construction Details:

The pattern for the bunny suit was given to me/altered by mostflogged, my bunny ears and neck tie are both made of cotton sateen with a wire inside both ears and interfacing to makethem stick up perfectly, and glue gunned onto a head band. The cuffs are also made of cotton sateen and the heart buttons were bought at joanns that I painted blue to match the ears. Big fluffy bunny tail attaches over the zip with hooks + eyes, and the bunny suit was made with costume satin and the facing is the same cotton sateen as the fuku, interfaced with twill, interlining was EVEN STRONGER twill, lined in cotton. 24 pieces of steel boning + 2 1/2" steel.

Personal Thoughts:

Making this bunnysuit to wear with my best friend was such a fun and amazing experiance, the memories I have wearing it with her and the photos that we got back made it entirely worth it despite the hours of hand sewing (my least favorite part of sewing) I cant wait to wear these costumes again with her and hopefully our satsuki next time!
