Construction Details:

I used the top of a dress pattern, kinda faked the sleeves and altered the edge of a circle skirt to make the bottom of the jacket. I also made a camisole which is not my finest work but it works for a casual summer thing.

Personal Thoughts:

I struggle with cosplay for hot weather. I have a lot of dresses and jackets and layers. I can't say this was much cooler either but it was better than what wearing Neo would have been like outside on one of the most humid weekends so far. Unfortunately I only got a couple pictures before a big old thunderstorm broke out and everyone ran for cover.

Original wig was a partially dyed Epic Cosplay wig. Switching to Five Wits after they came out with a pre-fab Neo
