Construction Details:

The shirt, tie, two skirts, thigh-highs, bracelets, skull hair clips, and puppet were made completely from scratch! The tin box was a child's lunch box that I painted over, the wig is an Arda Eowyn that I significantly restyled, and I replaced the black shoe laces with bright white ones.

Styling Notes

I cut the hair, parted the hair into pigtails, pinned the pigtails higher with butterfly clips, and left a short layer of hair in the back to hide any visible peaks of the lace top.
