Construction Details:

Dress is 4 way stretch cotton jersey. Arm glove things and boot covers are scrap blue twill and the flowers are just dollar store flowers painted black. The severed head is just bunched up unusable scrap fabric thats wrapped and tied in white broadcloth. Blood was painted on by watering down acrylic paint and splotting it on then spraying it with more water so that it would get that "soaked" look, if that makes sense?
Easiest costume I've made in a while.
