Construction Details:

Headband: The base is made out of pleather and is stuffed with nu-foam, and the hoops are made out of Model Magic. The entire band has a snap closure on it for easy removal.

Earrings: These earrings are NUTS! (Pun very much so intended.) These were made by putting nuts onto some silver hoops I purchased.

Vest: Made out of vinyl and cotton sateen. P.S. Top-stitching vinyl has become very therapeutic to me, thanks to this costume.

Shirt: Just a simple tanktop, sewn out of cotton interlock.

Armbands and belt: Top-stitched vinyl, with eyelets and snaps hammered in.

Gloves: I bought the base gloves since I ran out of the material I was using and added the sleeve portions, which were made out of cotton interlock. The belts on the gloves were made out of top-stitched vinyl with a hammered in snap. The tops of the gloves are embroidered.

Pants: Made out of stretch denim. It took two drafts to make the pants fit the way I wanted them to.

Boots: The boots are made almost exclusively out of vinyl, though some parts have craft foam inside of them to add depth.

Styling Notes

This wig was a LOT of trial and error and I still want to fix up pieces of it, but I feel that it's a pretty good starting point.

The wig is actually a combination of a Marty, a Malinda, and two packs of wefts, all from Arda Wigs.
