Construction Details:

Group effort! Top pattern was provided by Kimi as well as the skirt fabric recommendation, collar pattern by Zan, bow and skirt pattern by SparklePipsi. The shoes are just red flats I got on Amazon and then I made a "sock" for the rest of it. That way, if I wanna wear the flats normally, I can! The white stripes on the sleeves and collar are custom made using the poplin that was used for the shirt.

Personal Thoughts:

While I'm not the biggest fan of Chibi-Usa during this season (I grew to love her in S and SuperS), this costume is super comfy to wear!
