Construction Details:

Jacket and pants are white sateen.
Earrings and buckles are super sculpey. The buckles attach with velcro.
Undershirt is an old green knit that I cropped and fitted.
Headband is vinyl that I painted green.
Boxers are an old black pair, the white check is vinyl squares that I hot glued down.
