About this Costume

SparklePipsi made the logo appliqué design and did the accessories. She also designed the skirt fabric on Spoonflower, which is the same skirt as the school uniforms. The top is made from stretch knits. I attached the design with Heat 'n Bond Lite and then topstiched over it for extra security.
