Construction Details:

Rolls. Rolls everywhere!!! @_@ Arm rolls, glove rolls, hip rolls X_x The fuku base is a $12 dance leotard I bought from discountdance.com from when I made my Sailor Raikou. I just reused it lol. Made the chest armor with sleeve rolls from some sort of spandex and foam lol I dunno my materials. I just feel it up and it if seems right I use it haha. The blues is a $3/yd bridal satin and I just used the back side since there's still a sheen, just not stupid shiny. I do that ALOT, use the wrong side of fabrics. :D The red is bridal satin scraps from my Queen Haruhi. The underside of the bows I just used cheap $1 polypoplin to save on fabric since no one actually sees it anyways. Bought red gogo boots, cut & added a white vinyl trim to the edge and glued on the moon. Resin casted gems for the first time in my life to make the odango covers. I already bought a tiara from Catzia for my Sailor Saturn cosplay so I had it lying around already. I bought a $4 red gem and swapped it out for Sailor Moon and I'll just change out the gem whenever I want to cosplay another senshi~ :B Wig bought from MoeMall. Cheap $1 gloves from ebay that again reused from Sailor Raikou and I added glove rolls I made. Proplica brooch I already owned from my collection that I attached to the bow! Made the earrings with pearls and jewels I had lying around. :D

Personal Thoughts:

Total cost of this costume is about $113. That includes the wig, boots and everything except tiara, brooch, & moon rod because I already owned those from my collection. Also excludes base leotard cuz it was reused from another cosplay. $10 in that total was from me screwing up and I had to purchase extra materials to fix my dumb. =_=

I originally purchased the tiara ($31) for my Sailor Saturn cosplay so I reused it. I'm adding that cost to my Sailor Saturn cosplay. Proplica brooch is about $60. Proplica Cutie Moon Rod is about $110.
