Construction Details:

Took the pants from my Otoya cosplay that don't even remotely fit me and cut them to be shorts. No makeup face seems to be the best for a child somehow too.

Personal Thoughts:

Purewhiteshadow did a fem!Gary, and I had a desire to do Ib with her. For some reason, I like being able to create a design for the male vs. following the female version.
