Construction Details:

This is my first ever gown and the first costume I had to hand stitch so much stuff on. The skirt of the gown is cut from a simplicity GOT costume pattern and the bodice is all done without patterns.
I struggled a lot with trying to make sure the dress looked exact to what the image I was using showed. But since the art is so inconsistent with this dress I ended up letting my creativity do what it wanted.
I still have some things to finish up and get such as the hair pins and the forehead moon.
I also intend to get a staff done eventually as well.

Personal Thoughts:

This was a dream costume and I'm so glad to have finally gotten it done. I felt super beautiful in it. ♥

Styling Notes

I was following the tutorial on arda's website to make a Sailor Moon wig but I messed up completely on the odangos. Thankfully I had ordered a pair of their hair buns and I used those instead.
