Starting from head to toe:

I bought a simple white beret and added a brooch that I made out of polymer clay and feathers

The vest closes using a series of hooks and eyes, because I didn't like the look of a zipper. Other than that, everything else is pretty simple.

Skirt was pleated with alternating strips of fabric.

Personal Thoughts:

My first cosplay using a wig! It was a lot more fun than I thought it'd be ^^

fibers are super soft and the colour is made up of several shades of blue, giving it a very nice look!
