Construction Details:

Dress and shoes were bought at thrift store
Red Bow was hand sew and a pattern tutorial off of deviantart and glued onto a head band!
Broom was made from a tutorial and was actually two brooms and took a crap ton of time to made TT____TT made it about a day before the con.
Also made a JiJi (which I have never made a stuff animal before so it was just about satisfactory to me) Hand Sewn and stuffed and her backpack was made out of some left over yellow fleece I had from my Naota Cosplay. Also my first time sewing a bag...
