Construction Details:

The hakamshita was sewn by me, and I painted and altered a plain white glove but didn't construct it. The hakama were purchased as were the the tabi, but the waraji were hand-woven and constructed out of heavy twine.

Personal Thoughts:

Already had the hakama and hakamashita from Hitsugaya, so this was a fun variant costume to do for Ishida with his glove, without needing to make his ridiculous fabulous white outfit.
