Construction Details:

The skirt is borrowed from my Perfect Blue costume, the bodice was made from left over gold fabric, and the puff sleeves were was more complicated then they needed to be. The head and neck piece were made with fake roses and wedding decor lights.

The result of a drunken Facebook conversation about how there should be cute designs of alcohol to dress as.
