Construction Details:

Purchased skirt from China. Black turtleneck is from Goodwill and was taken in to be more form-fitting.

Personal Thoughts:

I bought this skirt from China for my work wardrobe, and when I got it, I realized it was a little too tight to be work appropriate, but it did happen to fiercely resemble one of Makoto's classier 90s ensembles, so I gave it a purpose before it eventually is donated to someone with a smaller figure than my own!
