Construction Details:

The black tights were from my ballet class a while back and the white boots I used originally from my Julie Kane cosplay! I just painted on the red decals on her shoes for the most part and cleaned up the scuff marks. The wig was borrowed from Itsuka's Himari (Mawaru Penguindrum) cosplay and the hair clips were made by the AMAZING Hoku Props

Personal Thoughts:

I really wish I got more photos of this outfit, haha. Also planning to remake this outfit because the hotel iron scorched my shirt :V.
