The skirt was my original design, I did use a partial circle skirt pattern so that I could get the proportions correct. The blouse was purchased (Vera Wang), and the vest was from a Simplicity pattern #1780, I loved how it looked so I used it instead of making a pattern. The hat was also made from a pattern from McCalls #M6975 all accessories on the hat I assembled/manufactured. Boot were also purchased (from Target) years ago. There is also an organza petticoat that I made both the pattern and petticoat.Fabrics used were standard polyester lining, crepe satin & poly-chiffon. All materials were purchased from Joann fabrics.
