This was also one of my first costumes and I basically found everything for it at Goodwill and didn't sew anything for it lmao. I found a blue and white striped tank at Goodwill and sewed the red heart onto the front, I had the white skirt and blazer already. I bought the sailor's cap on ebay and that's about it! Very simple. SUPER comfy to wear though and I love Mugi so much, this is probably one of my favorite cosplays considering how comfortable it is haha.
