Construction Details:

My favorite detail is the custom embroidered lace eyelet trim Starrys designed.
rnMaking the skirts and vests of the two girls was quite enjoyable. They were similar enough to stay simple, but different enough to keep me on my toes. I loved the hidden zipper in Ginko's skirt so much.
rnThe most difficult thing was figuring out how to put on the halter vests, since looking at them off a figure, they are just shaped loops of fabric, but after doing it a few times, I got the hang of it.
rnI also love the fabrics chosen for these costumes. The subtle textures and shines really add to the dimension, I think.

Personal Thoughts:

I was soooooo nervous about wearing this cosplay. I don't have high self-esteem or self-confidence, so mustering up the courage to wear this at a con was terrifying. Having my bestie cosplay with me made a world of difference, and meeting people who genuinely love the show made everything worthwhile. Everything turned out better than anticipated. And I'm actually looking forward to wearing this costume again in the future.
