Personal Thoughts:

The girls of Outer Power, Inner Beauty have taken to choosing a casual-wear costume for our big Sailor Moon group, mainly because most of us have already done the costumed forms multiple times, but also because it's easier for large groups to put together their own outfits if there is little to no sewing involved.
