Construction Details:

Used the Green Pepper skating outfit pattern & referenced Sparkle Pipsi's fuku & bow tutorials! The leotard & chest armour are moleskin spandex. The collar, skirt & bows are a bottomweight cotton sateen. It pleated so nice! The armour, collar, & front bow attach with snaps. The butt bow is sewn to the hip roll/skirt

Hip rolls were stuffed with polyfil, but the sleeve rolls were done using upholstery foam & a layer of batting to hide the green colour of the foam. I ended up having to hand-sew them to the chest armour! The gloves are also moleskin, & the glove rolls are the same sateen w/ foam. Tiara purchased from Catzia's. Boots were originally a cheap pair of knee high boots. I cut them down & covered them in blue faux suede. The straps were pleather straps bought at JoAnns and also covered in the same fabric.

Personal Thoughts:

Haruka was my favourite Outer Senshi (and one of my first crushes, hahaha). So glad to finally be able to cosplay her! Being a Sailor Scout's been a dream cosplay since I was a kid.
