Construction Details:

Dress: Using a commercial pattern (McCall's M5893) I altered it by not using elastic in the waist. I simply gathered the skirt and attached it to the bodice then made a simple yet cute belt from the extra fabric. The fabric I used is a nice light blue stretch knit from Joann Fabrics.
Hair flower: Bought light pink hibiscus flowers from the dollar store then painted one a darker pink then glued it to a small alligator hair clip. I had some left over flowers and I made some hair flowers for my One Piece group
Wig: Blonde wig from Amazon
Makeup for Freckles: Ben Nye Eye Pencil in Taupe
