I made this for the lovely Yui Victoria Cosplay!

rnBasically I did the same thing I did with my Lisbeth dress, except for the fact that the "blouse" is just a dickie. The tie is bias tape that snaps together. I LOVE THE LACE ON THIS SO MUCH EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HELLA EXPENSIVE. - Personal Thoughts:
- Hopefully one day I'll get off my buns and cosplay Panty again~
