Pretty basic sailor uniform with highwater pants, made from a black sateen. The sleeve patch was handmade rather than stitched on an embroidery machine (since I don't have one). the pockets have a super-awkward location so theyre just fake welts ...

This costume surprised me because I put it on and I looked like I was actually proportioned like a small child. super pleasing! I had a lot of fun in this costume with my amazing Sakura and felt super cute. I thought I would never put a sailor collar outfit on again, but this one I might keep around ...
