Construction Details:

I'm not completely happy with this costume and need to fix a few things, but I really like how it turned out in pictures - all the trim looks so neat and clean against the dark purple!

All the gold trim is scale-y vinyl that is stitched down onto purple micro-suede (backed with black cotton for stability). The pauldrons and headband are made using Worbla over craft foam and covered with fabric. The horns are Worbla over carved insulation foam. I made the breastplate and backguard by gluing fabric over craft foam for more shape.

This costume was surprisingly complicated and required a lot of fitting. Figures since Rose is way more complicated than she looks ^__^
