Construction Details:

Everything patterned and sewn by me! Dress shirt seams finished with seam binding, front placket and button holes done, top stitching ect. Cravat is a cascading ruffle made from a circle patten attached to a "tie" that buttons around the neck. Vest is lined and top stitched on edges. Front is pleated and top stitched down and back opens with buttons. Pleated skirt strip ties around pants. Spats are made "fake" sewn shut out of stretch double knit fabric and buttons sewn. Hat is velvet attached to medium thickness paper board with adhesive and the middle piece bent into shape and sealed in the middle. There is a cut out shape on bottom so it sits on head like a real hat and secured with clip.
