Construction Details:

Outfit is a basic old-timey men's frock coat (Simplicity 2895), with a few detailed changed - I shortened the length of the bottom, added cuffs, and increased the size of the lapel slightly. Plaids were laid out to match as best as possible. Buttons are indeed small clocks. :)Pants was just a basic cuffed pants pattern, and the shirt was a sort of hastily-created creation out of quilter's cotton and painted for details.

Personal Thoughts:

I had read the manga for this series, and thought it was adorable. Then I found the *perfect* plaid in red and black and it was as though the cosplay spirits had spoken, Peter must be made. :)
