Construction Details:

I think the hat took me the longest to make. I used interfacing and Heat&Bond to make it stiff and stand up. Bought a whole bunch of gold accents that had similar shapes to the gold pieces on his outfit and just hot glued it together before sewing it onto the hat/costume. Armour pieces are craft foam that were primed and spray-painted! Fairly simple construction, just a little tedious, and more figuring out beforehand.
