Construction Details:

Was able to re use my Sailor Mars skirt for this, which saved me some time. I can't believe I made this in 4 days. The top was patterned from scratch & the red is left over casa satin from previous Mars/Rei Hino costumes. The only fabric I had to buy for this was the green & yellow cotton for the sailor collar. The white stripe is heat transfer/iron on vinyl. The claws & details on the booties are worbla. The gloves, thigh highs & socks were sponsored by the awesome people at We Love Colors. I'm pretty impressed with the thigh highs. They stayed up perfectly the whole time & were super comfy. I will never ever stop being in love with their quality of nylon. Hnnng

My inner child is so happy right now. Also I HAD to make his ridiculous hat from the 90's Sonic anime movie, because reasons.
