Construction Details:

This is literally like the most half assed thing I ever made. The bottom I decided to do a mermaid bottom because the actual skirt of her dress I think looks weird and dumb AF. Decided to go for something a little more flattering.

Personal Thoughts:

BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I LOVE RAGYO SO MUCH WHY DO I LOVE BEING HER MORE THAN ANY OTHER CHARACTER. I think it's cause I feel so fuckin fabulous. AND EVIL.
