Construction Details:

The bow and skirt are made by me. The fabric is yellow/gold confetti dot, backed with yellow poplin and lined with white lining. The circle skirt was drafted by me and has an elastic waistband. A floofy white petticoat lives under the skirt.

Personal Thoughts:

Hello! Musume (a Hello! Project) singing and dancing cover group made up of mostly Fanimaid Cafe members. We were brainstorming performance outfits for AOD 2015 and came up with these simple, but cute and sparkly costumes.
