Construction Details:

Hat is a cute ebay find. Glasses are eBay as well, but they were previously red, so I just gave them a couple coats of white gloss enamel paint. Skirt is a poly poplin since I didn't want the pleats to budge! No pattern, just winged it like I tend to do with most of my pleated skirts these days. I did, however, copy the waistband from an existing pattern and lengthened it appropriately. Thigh highs are just tubes from a nice charcoal knit. I originally had black OTK stockings, but the references looked more grey. Dunno how I feel about it, but it's not like I can't fix them! XD
rnShoes are my favoriiiiite!! These were some Payless hidden wedge sneaks that originally had a white stitch detail and white rubber, so I took some black Angelus to it all and VOILA! All black sneaks with a cute wedge! Then I just painted the pokeball logo with pink glitter paint. Because GLITTER.

Personal Thoughts:

I had originally made this one for the XY midnight release, but it was terribly rushed and while it worked for that night, I scrapped it right after and started over. Thankfully, the only thing I wasn't happy about was the skirt. :3
