Construction Details:

I made the jacket and skirt out of blue non-stretch velvet. I made the white cuffs and petticoat out of white kona cotton. The choker and pendant were purchased off of Etsy. I purchased the white corset from Corset Story. I added the black-and-white stripes onto the corset.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this costume because the I really liked Elizabeth's character design from Bioshock Infinite.
