Construction Details:

The skirt is a full circle skirt made from 10 petals. Each petal was detailed with decorative stitching, lace, and gold trim. I used the same decorative stitch on the top, butt bow, and accessories. To keep the butt bow peppy I put 4inch wide horse hair braid inside of it. The petticoat was made using the Madoka petti tutorial from Rufflebutt.

Why do I keep doing this to my self? Because pretty art work, that's why.
