Construction Details:

Horn and belt piece are made from 3-5mm foam, sealed and painted with basic acrylics.
The horn attaches to my forehead via pros aide/latex
Fabrics: Dress is a poly suiting fabric, bandages (grey fabric) are gabardine, scarf is pontknit cotton, hood is jersey cotton.
The dress, hood, and bandages were airbrushed to give their shaded look.
Scarf is gradient dyed from dark blue to bright teal.Hooves were made by Elocinecko
