Construction Details:

This costume was made by my talented friend Krys, so all construction questions should go to her. I did construct the shoes and do some basic hand-sewing.

Personal Thoughts:

My first sailor fuku costume and with my favorite Sailor Senshi, Neptune. I was lucky enough to be friends with an amazing group of girls who wanted to put together a full cast of the senshi girls. Neptune was always my favorite so getting a chance to be her was amazing!
