Construction Details:

Partial closet cosplay. I bought the top and ironed on the logo, shortened it, and added the black edging. The cape was made with some red crepe casa satin I had laying around. The skirt is from Forever21 I shortened and hemmed it.

Personal Thoughts:

I really enjoyed portraying Supergirl. Especially getting to pretend to lift cars at the GM Renaissance Center in Detroit. Super hero outfits really have a different feel and I truly enjoyed the chance of pace.

Styling Notes

All I had to do was curl and trim the bangs. I used the hot water and foam curlers method to curl the bangs and then hair sprayed them to keep them in place.

Wig Review

Very pretty wig and easy to work with. Does tangle easily due to the fibers that Arda uses. I just combated that with carrying around a wide tooth comb and using wig conditioner before I wore it.
