Construction Details:

I used a good amount of fabric for this.. like 50 yards of tulle for the petticoat and the skirt. I used fabric. It's just a cupcake.

Personal Thoughts:

I found this sheer chiffon material that screamed BUY ME. SO I bought the entire thing. I didn't know what to do. I just had all this material. I wanted to make a giant dress. Not sure why. It just came to mind. Hey. Make a GIANT dress. You'll be happier when you do that.
